Before you open it, I want to tell you why I made this ~ and why starting here matters more than most people realize.

When I first started building GRECH & CO., I had no idea what i was doing, i just knew i wanted to create something of value for parents. It started off with a need of my own ~ as airplane kits for parents travelling with small children... and it evolved entirely on its own. I had no roadmap and no clear plan. I just had the drive and grit to start the idea ~ explore it and allow it to evolve ~ and take on everything that came along with it, while raising my 4 kids and working full-time "on the side".


I didn’t have funding.
I didn’t have the “right” background.

I had an idea, limited time, real responsibilities, and a lot of questions.

I made progress by learning as I went ~ but I also learned the hard way that without clear brand foundations, everything feels heavier than it needs to be. Decisions take longer. Marketing feels confusing. Growth becomes inconsistent. And motivation drains faster than it should.

This guide exists because it doesn’t have to be that way.

Inside, you’ll walk through the same foundations I used while building GRECH & CO.

starting with clarity of vision, moving into knowing your audience, shaping a brand message and voice, and building a look, feel, and presence that people can recognize even before they see your name (you’ll see this clearly in Steps 1–6).

You’ll also find guidance on:

My suggestion: don’t rush through it.

Write things down ~ even if they feel imperfect.

Clarity compounds.

And when your brand is clear, everything else becomes easier to build on top of it.
