Hi, I’m Janet ~ founder of GRECH & CO., full time single mama of four, and host of The Biz Diaries. This podcast was born from my own journey of building a global brand from my kitchen table in Denmark, often late at night with a baby on my hip or in the baby carrier, and no idea what I was doing. And still ~ here we are.

The Biz Diaries is for the woman who has a spark.

Maybe it’s a business idea.
Maybe it’s a shift you feel coming.
Maybe it’s just knowing that you want more ~ and you’re finally ready to figure out what that looks like.

I co-host this show with my best friend, Julia, an American living in Denmark like me, and someone who’s deep in her own personal chapter of reinvention. Together, we hold space for honest, sometimes messy conversations about business, creativity, motherhood, health, identity, and growth.

We don’t have polished scripts.
We don’t pretend to have it all figured out.
But we show up ~ and invite you to do the same.
